Shopping and Entertainment

The zone at the east end of the property located on either side of the Minsi Trail Bridge, will be a shopping, entertainment, and convention destination to rival any in the United States. The facility will consist of a casino, multiple restaurants, a conference hotel and facilities, parking for more than 5,000 cars, a 50,000-square-foot multi-purpose event center, and a 200,000-square-foot shopping mall.

Located at the midpoint of the property will be a "cultural zone" that includes the adaptive re-use of existing industrial buildings and blast furnaces as an indoor/outdoor museum and exploritorium with an outdoor events space.
